Welcome to The Bar Project! My name is Ashley Pacheco, and I am thrilled to introduce you to our exceptional bartending services. Born and raised in Utah, I have always had a special connection to this beautiful state. Although I ventured away for a while, I found myself constantly drawn back home.
With 15 years of bartending experience in downtown Salt Lake City and a total of 20 years in customer service, I have honed my craft and developed a deep passion for creating unforgettable experiences. It was during my journey that I discovered my true calling in private events. The excitement of bringing the perfect bar service to weddings, corporate functions, and social gatherings resonated with me on a profound level.
In December of 2019, just before the pandemic hit, I founded The Bar Project with a vision to provide impeccable bar service and classic cocktails tailored to every client's unique needs. Despite the challenges that followed, I persevered and worked tirelessly to elevate private bar services throughout Davis, Summit, and Utah County.
