Got questions for us?

DO YOUR PACKAGES INCLUDE ALCOHOL?

No, our packages do not include the price of liquor. We can handle all of the purchasing though, and take that stress off your plate! We purchase with your preferences in mind, and any unopened leftover alcohol that remains after the event is yours to keep.

HOW DO WE SELECT THE LIQUOR WE WANT?

We offer a quick selection of basic, mid-range, premium, and local liquor packages. If you would like something specific that is not included in the pre-selected packages we are more than happy to add that to your bar!

CAN I BRING MY OWN ALCOHOL?

Yes! However there are a few things to note if this is the case. You must purchase all alcohol in the State of Utah and adhere to any and all local guidelines and laws. In addition, TBP is not responsible for the quantity of alcohol that you provide. If you run out during your event, TBP accepts no liability or responsibility for this.

PLANS CHANGED, CAN I ADJUST DETAILS?

Absolutely! We can make changes to your event contract up to 14 business days prior to the event date.

WHAT DO YOU REQUIRE TO BOOK?

We require a signed contract and a $100 retainer. Once this is complete your date is fully booked and in our calendars! (Your retainer payment goes toward your final balance.)

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN YOUR PACKAGES?

All of our packages include a bartender, service for three hours, all bar tools needed to perfect your service, full liability insurance, management of alcohol, alcohol selection guide, and a basic bar setup.

HOW DOES GRATUITY WORK?

We require a gratuity of at least 10% and it is automatically applied to your bill. In addition to that, bartenders reserve the right to have a tip jar out on all bars during service. If you do not want tip jars present, we require a gratuity of 18% be added to your bill. Our bartenders work hard and gratuity is how we show our appreciation!

WILL YOU CUT SOMEONE OFF?

TBP follows all of the rules and regulations stipulated by the Utah Department of Alcohol Beverage Services, and we enforce them. We monitor guests for access drinking or intoxication and reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
